Job Summary

The mission for this role is to strengthen the current team (all levels of the organization) and create a structured platform for the evaluation and implementation of ideas across each of the departments within NewCompliance while being a “father figure” to the leadership team and a constructive sparring partner for the CEO. The mission is also to support the establishment of a culture of effective communication and appreciation across the organization and in the long term, guide the company through its transition from a medical software start-up to a data company scale-up.

This role, along with the CEO, can form the future Managing Board of a professionalized NewCompliance built around the right people and processes that drives value in healthcare across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

General management

  • Co-manages the executive and leadership teams in NL and US and directs the product, HR and operations departments including the relevant business processes and implements the necessary improvements in this regard, annual planning and interim reviews;
  • Puts people at the center of the organization to build an engaged company of A-players that resonate to the vision and culture. Is the ambassador of culture that breaks down silos between departments and teams;
  • Searches and makes own networks available for the purpose of finding new A-players for all departments and teams.

Strategy

  • Together with the CEO, leads the transition of NC from a dashboard-centric software/ solutions company to a data-centric software and services company (including compliance and other unknown factors) for 2022 and beyond. In 2021, sets up systems and processes to facilitate this transition;
  • Jointly with the CEO, determines, team, the strategy of the company for the next 3 to 5 years from 2022 onwards. Uses input from and ensures support within his / her MT;
  • Subsequently translates the established strategy into a step-by-step plan to be implemented in the relevant organizational departments reporting to the general manager;
  • Ensures a timely and as complete as possible execution of the 2021 strategy, adjusts and encourages where necessary – this according to the principle “leading by example”.

Operations

  • Creates and implements structure to facilitate achievable aligned goals linking commercial, operational and development activities for NL, US & new markets in 2021. Creates active link and feedback mechanism. Drives “Live the Structure”;
  • Scales the organization to deliver substantial higher revenues in 2021 (based on 2020 baseline) per the commercial plans set in motion by the founder and the management team;
  • Strengthens the value proposition and product-market fit roadmap to improve adoption & commercial success, create long-term value for 2022 and beyond and thus improve the valuation of NewCompliance.

Customer & Market

  • Works alongside the CEO to strengthen and deliver the commercial goals of the organization while understanding the unique challenges of the target market;
  • Creates and communicates a consistent identity (including branding) of NewCompliance for all stakeholders including employees, customers and commercial partners;
  • Jointly with the CEO builds a world-class commercial organization to deliver success across business models and geographies.

Fundraising

  • Supports the CEO in his endeavors to fuel the growth potential of the company.

Je bent als Developer verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van nieuwe functionaliteiten in de software. Je bent actief onderdeel van het Agile Scrum Team, en afhankelijk van je ervaring en ambities neem je de rol die bij je past. Je ontwikkelt mee aan zowel onze backend (PHP), onze HTML frontend met Javascript AngularJS/Angular als aan onze datawarehouse/BI componenten. Je kunt je specialiseren in één van deze onderdelen maar kan met de overige ook uit de voeten.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Bedrijfsconventies: Volgen en verbeteren voorstellen van gebruikte code conventies, regelmatig en in samenwerking met de software architect code reviews uitvoeren. Je bent bekend met de software development tools;
  • Architectuur: Software Architect ondersteunen, opstellen van functioneel e/o technisch Ontwerp voor (onderdelen van) software architectuur, onderzoeken en communiceren over nieuwste technologieën;
  • Kwaliteit & Integriteit: Zorgdragen dat datgene wat je ontwikkelt, ook conform de kwaliteitseisen opgeleverd kan worden naar de klant, uitvoeren test- en validatieplannen;
  • Software Development: Ontwikkelen van nieuwe functionaliteiten, testen van ontwikkelde software, documenteren van software, tijdig afwijkingen melden (bijvoorbeeld meer tijd nodig dan verwacht om functionaliteit uit te voeren) aan stakeholders.

Functie eisen:

  • HBO/WO opleiding Informatica;
  • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in software ontwikkeling;
  • Kennis en ervaring in PHP, JavaScript, AngularJS, Angular, HTML, MSSQL, Laravel;
  • Kennis en ervaring in Datawarehouse en Business Intelligence (bijvoorbeeld Microsoft PowerBI) is een pre;
  • Ervaring met geautomatiseerde unit- en end-to-end testen (PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk)
  • Ervaring met de Agile/Scrum manier van werken;

NewCompliance is per direct op zoek naar Programmeurs IT- hbo studenten! Voor onze diverse softwareproducten dienen automatische tests ontwikkeld worden, zodat deze op dagelijkse basis uitgevoerd kunnen worden en wij de kwaliteit van onze software continue kunnen verifiëren en onderhouden.

Hierbij gaat het om geautomatiseerde browser tests (voor de Chrome browser) waarbij we gebruik maken van het PHP Laravel Dusk platform. Deze test scripts moeten worden ontwikkeld op basis van test scenario’s die beschreven zijn in het test plan. De ontwikkelaar bouwt de test scripts volgens de richtlijnen zoals opgesteld binnen NewCompliance en verifieert de correcte werking hiervan.

Functie eisen:

You will pursue leads, develop opportunities, and close sales with hospitals in the Netherlands.

As a Account Manager you will play a key role to increase revenues, customer satisfaction and build and expand the presence of our footprint in the markets we operate in.

The role is responsible for generating, driving, and closing direct sales opportunities as well as leads generated via our marketing team and international B2B partner teams. You will lead the commercial process in the navigation of our clients’ decision-making process, providing solution demo’s, presenting business cases, and influencing clients from clinical teams up to hospitals’ C-suites.

In addition, you will inspire colleagues and work with the internal teams to share competitive intelligence, provide constructive feedback on our product portfolio and marketing efforts and identify opportunities to solve challenges for our customers that are strategically and/or commercially attractive to the company (product innovation). You will also collaborate with strategic partners. To achieve targets, you will work closely with our global Product, Customer Success and Marketing Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Increase overall revenues, close new customer contracts and improve customer value, possibly increasing footprint with named accounts (increase the number of products within existing customers);
  • Identify the clients’ needs (via personal contact) and engage with prospective customers to develop suitable solutions and close on the customers’ decision-making process;
  • Secure introduction meetings and demo’s with new prospects. Create and deliver presentations, quotes and SLA contracts to close deals with prospective clients;
  • Drive the management of our sales process, support adjacent activities to achieve our ambitious growth targets;
  • A key contributor to participate in our national and European sales team;
  • Provide market feedback to marketing, product management and the leadership team regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas;
  • Consult with business analysts and subject matter experts to determine solution requirements and communicate them externally (through direct engagements and events);
  • Support marketing initiatives; online and offline;
  • Understand relevant clinical information and IT issues within the healthcare space, to be able to advise on our products and IT integration decisions to ensure customer success.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Medical (or related field);
  • Minimum of 5 years’ working experience after graduation;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Healthcare Sales and/or Business Development in Healthcare IT;
  • Basic understanding of Hospital IT and digital OR and Healthcare IT & software developments: major EMR vendors, Interoperability (HL7, FHIR);

De stage

Als stagiair ga je onder leiding van één van onze ervaren Software Developers aan de slag met een concrete vraag. Je wordt direct gezien en behandeld als een volwaardig teamlid en krijgt juiste ondersteuning op technisch en coachend vlak.

De opdracht

Als je bij ons stage komt lopen, ga je werken aan het maken van een desktopapplicatie voor onze Web Based applicatie. Hierbij moeten alle browser functionaliteiten worden behouden en de installatie procedure zo eenvoudig mogelijk zijn. Onderdeel van je stage is onderzoek doen naar de gewenste technische oplossing en daarbij de werknemers te overtuigen.

You need to deliver an efficient and effective production on IT projects, changes, incidents, problems and knowledge management. Manage the follow-up of information security-related tasks according to ISO 27001 and have frequent contact with the ISO to further develop and improve the security and continuity of the organization. Furthermore, you will be the focal point of internal applications for questions and follow up actions. You will share your knowledge, experience -and if required- provide trainings to all our internal staff members (including the US). Requirements

·      Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in both Dutch and English;

·      Minimum 3-5 years working experience in system administration (within healthcare is an advantage);

·      Communicative in educational terms and in all layers of the organization ;

·      Familiar with basic network administration, security and troubleshooting;

·      Clear communicator, experience in educating new systems;

·      Knows how to implement new applications and maximize the use out of this.

Preferences

·    Certification completed in working field such as: MCSA, MOS, MTA;

Responsibilities

 

–       Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content

–       Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience

–       Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests and design specifications

–       Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement

–       Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements

–       Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation

–       Work together with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage

–       Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards, and allow for easy data migration

Required Qualifications

 

–       Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field;

–       2-4 years’ industry experience as an effective Technical Writer;

–       Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics;

–       Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences;

–       Superior written and verbal communication skills; fluent/bilingual Dutch and English;

–       Experience in working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support.

Preferred Qualifications

 

–       Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization;

–       Firm understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC);

–       Certification through the Society for Technical Communicators;

Job Summary

At NewCompliance, we are passionate about enabling healthcare professionals to deliver the highest quality patient care possible. We are looking for a driven, proactive (Senior) Project Manager, someone who works well in a Start-up/ Scale-up environment as an individual contributor. In this position, you will lead and be responsible for projects, follow-up on tasks/subtasks, follow-up with customers and manage the scope and budget.

The successful candidate will prepare the planning, create documentation, outline how the software is rolled out, identify, and bring the stakeholders together. You communicate and act adequately in case of any deviations from the plan.

As a (Senior) Project Manager, you are responsible for the management of projects on Project Management software and continuously improve the Project Management process. To achieve these objectives, you will work closely with our US Team leaders. We are seeing a candidate who is excited to work as a member of a small US Operations Team with strong support from our oversees teammates. Strong desire to be part of a growing team and long-term interest in building and leading the Project Management Team.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and constantly improve the Project Management process. Define and manage projects;
  • Prepare, manage and adjust schedules as needed. Involve various stakeholders;
  • Preparation of project documentation and timely project reporting. Setting up software within hospitals and monitoring any hardware delivery;
  • Manage day-to-day aspects of projects on Project Management software: tasks, subtasks, dependencies and keeping project within scope and budget;
  • Make a clear translation of customer wishes from functional designs to successful delivery of the solution. Central position in cooperation between development, commerce, and customer;
  • Work with Customer Success & Clinical experts to understand clinical workflow and limitations of the solution to assure smooth delivery of the final product;
  • Assure the quality of the project and delivered solutions in accordance with user requirements, budgets, planning and quality standards; Oversite of ticket management and date integrity until customer signs off on project.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Information Systems or Computer Science (or related field);
  • Minimum of 5 – 10 years working experience in Project Management and IT integrations;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with EMRs, EHRs and healthcare software tools like Epic, MicroMD, Cerner, McKesson, GE Healthcare, Meditech or AllScripts;
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Proven self-motivator;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – Strong advantage;
  • Strong customer service and people skills;
  • Start-up/ scale-up experience preferred. Entrepreneurial and hands-on attitude;
  • Flexible (comfortable working with a remote Development Team);
  • Strong Project Management and leadership skills;
  • Strong knowledge in Project Management solutions: MS Project, Zoho Project etc.
