We are looking for a new colleague who will be maintaining and improving our internal IT systems. You will work closely together with your colleagues in The Netherlands and in the US. Currently, the responsibilities are divided between several people within our technical team. Regarding our fast-growing activities and expansion of our team, we prefer to have one person with full focus and ownership on the all responsibilities regarding our internal systems.
The job covers all areas of IT infrastructure; e-mail, network, system, security, hosting, storage, telephony, IT facility, and PC support. You need to deliver an efficient and effective production on IT projects, changes, incidents, problems and knowledge management. Manage the follow-up of information security-related tasks according to ISO 27001 and have frequent contact with the ISO to further develop and improve the security and continuity of the organization. Furthermore, you will be the focal point of internal applications for questions and follow up actions. You will share your knowledge, experience -and if required- provide trainings to all our internal staff members (including the US). You will report directly to the RA/QA Manager.
· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in both Dutch and English;
· Minimum 3-5 years working experience in system administration (within healthcare is an advantage);
· Communicative in educational terms and in all layers of the organization ;
· Familiar with basic network administration, security and troubleshooting;
· Clear communicator, experience in educating new systems;
· Knows how to implement new applications and maximize the use out of this.
· Certification completed in working field such as: MCSA, MOS, MTA;
· Experience in highly regulated environment (security) / familiar with ISO27001.
