You will play a key role in driving our national growth, identify and develop new business opportunities and build and expand the presence of our brand.

The role is responsible for generating direct sales opportunities (Lead generator) in both the USA and Europe, as well as respond to leads generated in that Territory via our national sales partner (distributor). You will navigate our clients’ decision-making process, providing solution demo’s, presenting business cases, and networking with clients from clinical teams up to hospitals’ C-suites.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, lead, and monitor the global (with emphasis on US and NL market) marketing strategy, vision, and identity. Monitor the brand and improve brand awareness.
  • Drive and build brand value (ACTIQ), credibility and positive market perception through active online storytelling and sharing of customer’s solutions, results, ROI, and breakthrough experiences.
  • Drive all market communication and social media content.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Product, to gauge what results are being achieved by customers, and how this translates to Ultimate Buying Decisions for new customers & prospects. Help drive our Product development to be led and inspired by our customers, their needs, their achievable ROI, and their buying abilities!
  • Understand relevant clinical information and IT issues within the healthcare space, to be able to advise on our products and IT integration decisions to ensure customer success.
  • Manage the marketing budget and events.
  • You will report directly to the CEO.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing (or related field);
  • Minimum of 10 years traditional and/or digital Marketing experience in the healthcare software (health IT) industry required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in positioning and communicating software solutions branding.
  • Organizing online and offline events to engage with target audience.
  • Generating inbound interest / prospects through social media channels, structure, and hand over to sales force.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving business results while collaborating closely with key stakeholders to execute on the day-to-day operation.
  • Engage with our commercial leaders to develop suitable solutions and help close on the customers’ decision-making process, primarily for leads coming in from our B2B partnerships.
  • Support our regional US sales and marketing functions. Support us in meeting our ambitious growth targets.
  • Provide product and customer feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.

  • 5+ years of Sales and/ or Business Development experience in Healthcare with a proven track record of closing deals and earning commitments.
  • Proven experience in delivering sales plans, navigating hospital Decision Making Units (DMU), convincing clinical leaders as well as C-suite and achieving ambitious revenues growth targets.

De stage:

Ben jij op zoek naar een stage en heb jij een achtergrond in Biomedische wetenschappen, Quality Management, Healthcare of een soortgelijke richting (hbo/wo)? Dan bieden wij je graag een unieke kans om als stagiair op de Quality Assurance afdeling te starten bij NewCompliance. Wij zijn een gedreven team dat zich bezighoudt om medisch personeel over de hele wereld te voorzien van real-time informatie, om de kwaliteit en veiligheid van zorg te optimaliseren. Dit doen wij o.a. aan de hand van grote dashboards in de Operatie Kamers. Je krijgt als stagiair veel vrijheid en maakt deel uit van een enthousiast en jong team.

Als stagiair help je mee met allerlei projecten en word jij direct gezien en behandeld als een volwaardig teamlid en krijg jij de juiste ondersteuning op inhoudelijk en coachend vlak. Zo zal je onder begeleiding van onze ervaren Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance (RA/QA) Manager onderzoek gaan doen en acties in kaart kunnen brengen voor de volgende onderwerpen:

A. Onderzoek doen en uitvoeren van een Clinical Evaluation van de ACTIQ OR:

    • Hierbij voer je een methodologisch onderzoek uit voor het verzamelen, beoordelen en analyseren van klinische gegevens met betrekking tot ons medisch hulpmiddel (ACTIQ OR) om te beoordelen of er voldoende klinische bewijs is om de naleving van relevante essentiële eisen voor veiligheid en prestaties te doen bevestigen.

B. Onderzoek doen en uitvoeren van een Usability Test voor de ACTIQ OR:

    • Hierbij doe je onderzoek naar de ACTIQ OR in relatie tot de bruikbaarheid (Usability) en stel je afhankelijk van het onderzoek een test protocol wat uitgevoerd wordt door de eindgebruikers.

C. Uitvoeren van Post Market Surveillance activiteiten:

    • Hierbij voer je trendanalyses uit om de veiligheid van het product te monitoren middels een Post Market Surveillance report /Periodic Safety Update Report.

D. Uitvoeren van een Gap Assessment gebaseerd op de ISO 14971:2019:

    • Hierbij voer je een analyse uit van ISO 14971 en de resultaten volg je op en zet je om in concrete acties.

Kortom: een toffe stage waarbinnen je echt veel kan leren en vooral ook veel kan doen!

Jij draagt bij aan de implementatie en onderhoud van de informatieveiligheidsnorm ISO27001 en NEN 7510 binnen NewCompliance. Binnen de organisatie is een doorlopend project waarbinnen de verplichte Information Security Management System (ISMS) met haar High Level Structure (HLS) is geïmplementeerd op basis van de ISO27001 en NEN 7510-controls. Hiermee is het een ideale stage om te leren wat er allemaal komt kijken bij het implementeren en onderhouden van een informatiebeveiligingsnorm. Je houdt je bezig met het doorvoeren van verbeteringen binnen de organisatie en ben je vrij om je werkzaamheden zelf in te delen! Zo zal je onder begeleiding van onze ervaren Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance (RA/QA) Manager onderzoek gaan doen en acties ondernemen voor de volgende onderwerpen:

  • Inzicht krijgen, updaten en beheren van diverse registers die alle incidenten en regelgevingen omtrent onze Information Security bijhouden;
  • Opzetten van een risico register en geïdentificeerde risico’s opvolgen en monitoren;
  • Optimaliseren en beheren van onze Information Security Management System procedures;
  • Integratie van ons Quality Management System met het Information Security Management System en zodoende vormgeven aan een Integrated Management System (IMS);
  • Optimalisatie activiteiten zoals: opzetten van Learning Management System (LMS), Active-Directory Integratie en Azure cloud optimaliseren.

Job Summary  

At NewCompliance, we are passionate about enabling healthcare professionals to deliver the highest quality patient care possible. We are looking for a proactive Medior Solution Architect, who loves putting exciting technologies to work in order to help solve healthcare challenges. A talented and driven technologist, who will bring vision to the collaboration with our customers and their IT teams, in order to manage and deliver the implementation of our platform and services in a smooth, consistent manner. You will play a key role in implementation of our rapidly growing national portfolio. 

The role is responsible for working closely with our customers and local distributors, in support of establishing system integrations and interfaces (HL7, API, GBS/ BMS) with hospital software applications (EMR, hospital equipment, IoT). You’ll serve as a facilitator, systems analyst, liaison and coach utilizing your expertise to assure success and stability in our project implementation results. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Engage directly with customers to discuss requirements, design, and develop ways to integrate their EMR/EHR and buildings with the NewCompliance solutions and turning those requirements into technical specifications. 
  • Consult with internal IT colleagues, subject matter experts and other team members to determine data extraction and transformation requirements. 
  • Drive Interface Requirements Definitions and Inbound/Outbound message mapping specifications. Coordinate the setup of secure data transfer mechanisms between EMRs, building management systems and/or PMS. 
  • Provide coordination and support for user acceptance testing (planning, organizing, execution and support). 
  • Understand the relevant compliance issues and IT requirements and advise on product and integration decisions to ensure proper compliance and customer success. 
  • est. 10 – 20% travel may be required (occasional visit to project sites, on-site team training or support, field events, customer implementations/go-live). 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Computer Science (or related field).  
  • 3 – 5 years’ of professional work experience, including at least 2 years as a Solution Architect. 
  • Familiar with working in Agile/ Scrum environments. 
  • In depth knowledge and experience with IT integrations. 
  • Experience with EMRs and EHRs is a big advantage. 
  • Basic understanding of digital (healthcare) issues and developments: major EHR vendors, Interoperability, HL7, FHIR, Modbus/ BACnet. 
  • Experience with data transformation and mapping / configuring interfacing types such as: ADT, ORU, SIU, XML. 
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Proven self-motivator. 
  • Fluent in Dutch and has Business Level English. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service and people skills: ability to document and explain solution elements, to both management and clinical staff.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience working with enterprise and/or cloud (healthcare) software.
