Functieomschrijving

Je bent als Senior Front-end Developer verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van nieuwe functionaliteiten in de software. Je denkt actief mee hoe het Software Development proces verbeterd kan worden en komt met voorstellen om de architectuur te optimaliseren. Je bent actief onderdeel van het Scrum Team en verder hou je jezelf op de hoogte van relevante ontwikkelingen en deel je je kennis met je teamleden.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Software Development: samen met je teamgenoten meebouwen aan het front-end van onze web-based applicaties in Javascript/Angular, inclusief het ontwikkelen van bijbehorende test scripts (Jasmine);
  • Deelnemen in Scrum events zoals standups, backlog refinements en sprint plannings en sprint demo’s;
  • Bedrijfsconventies: Volgen van gebruikte code conventies, regelmatig en in samenwerking met Software Architect code reviews uitvoeren;
  • Kwaliteit & Integriteit: Zorgdragen dat datgene wat je ontwikkelt, ook conform de kwaliteitseisen opgeleverd kan worden naar de klant, uitvoeren test- en validatieplannen.

 

Functie eisen

  • HBO/WO opleiding Informatica;
  • Je beschikt over minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als Front-end Developer (Javascript/Angular);
  • Ervaring met het werken in een Agile-/ Scrum omgeving;
  • Ervaring met versiebeheersystemen zoals Git, BitBucket of GitHub;
  • Ervaring met communicatie via een REST Api;
  • Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels;
  • Healthcare IT ervaring is een pré.

Job Summary

Are you trustworthy, responsible and do you take initiative? Are you ready to help us shape NewCompliance further in its growth? We are looking for a proactive Financial Controller, who loves setting up processes that help make the administration transparent, logical and always up to date. A driven and accurate Financial professional, who will deliver and exchange relevant data between finance and other departments (Sales, R&D, Operations) and prepare and analyze annual reports, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments.

Ultimately, our Financial Controller will be responsible for the daily financial transactions and will play a key role in a dynamic, ever-moving international company.

 As our Financial Controller you will

  • Be responsible to steer both of our regions and be our Financial Professional;
  • Ensure that the reported accounts are fully understood, correct and compliant, as well as support the root cause analysis of data quality issues, e.g., by analyzing data, processes, or data flows;
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to the Senior Management Team and supply the group with related financial information and analysis;
  • Assist with planning and forecasting processes;
  • Participate in the standardization, harmonization and further optimization of our financial reporting;
  • Assist the follow up of your performance project and track the results on a monthly basis;
  • Support the management in ad-hoc evaluations and participate in projects to optimize our cost structure and financial processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Business Administration (or related field);
  • At least 5 years’ professional experience in Controlling/ Accounting or Finance;
  • Good understanding of controlling & accounting concepts;
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to see the issues behind the numbers;
  • An affinity for numbers and an analytical mindset;

Job Summary

Your ability to evaluate and analyze complex information is second to none, and you have a natural desire to help people understand things that are hard to understand. You will have a strong passion for designing, creating and guarding all technical documentation within our organization and instruct staff how to follow up these written procedures.

NewCompliance is looking for a Technical Writer – part-time for approximately 24 hours a week

Responsibilities

  • Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content;
  • Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience;
  • Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications;
  • Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement;
  • Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements;
  • Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation;
  • Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage;
  • Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards, and allow for easy data migration;
  • Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field;
  • At least 2 years’ industry experience as an effective technical writer;
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics;
  • Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences;
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail;
  • Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization;
  • Firm understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC);
  • Certification through the Society for Technical Communicators;

  • Process Improvement: Set up and constantly improve the project management process. Define and manage projects. Prepare, manage and adjust schedules as needed. Involve various stakeholders. Preparation of project documentation and timely project reporting. Setting up software within hospitals and monitoring any hardware delivery.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Computer Science (or related field);
  • PMP or Prince2 experience and certification is a strong advantage;
  • Minimum of 8 years working experience in project management and IT integrations;
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Proven self-motivator;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Dutch);
  • Strong customer service and people skills;

The role is responsible for working closely with our customers and local distributors, in support of establishing system integrations and interfaces (HL7, API, GBS/ BMS) with hospital software applications (EMR, hospital equipment, IoT). You’ll serve as a facilitator, systems analyst, liaison and coach utilizing your expertise to assure success and stability in our project implementation results.

Primary responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers to discuss requirements, design, and develop ways to integrate their EMR/EHR and buildings with the NewCompliance solutions and turning those requirements into technical specifications.
  • Install and configure customer environments (i.e. acceptance and production).
  • Participate and work closely (using a DevOps way of working) with the Development Team to continuously improve our software and automated test- deployment practices.
  • Consult with internal IT colleagues, subject matter experts and other team members to determine data extraction and transformation requirements.
  • Drive Interface Requirements Definitions and Inbound/Outbound message mapping specifications. Coordinate the setup of secure data transfer mechanisms between EMRs, building management systems and/or PMS.
  • est. 10 – 20% travel may be required (occasional visit to project sites, on-site team training or support, field events, customer implementations/go-live).

Additional responsibilities

  • Provide coordination and support for user acceptance testing (planning, organizing, execution and support).
  • Understand the relevant compliance issues and IT requirements and advise on product and integration decisions to ensure proper compliance and customer success.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Computer Science (or related field).
  • 2 – 4 years’ of professional work experience.
  • Familiar with working in Agile/ Scrum environments.
  • In depth knowledge and experience with IT integrations.
  • Experience with EMRs and EHRs is a big advantage.
  • Basic understanding of digital (healthcare) issues and developments: major EHR vendors, Interoperability, HL7, FHIR, Modbus/ BACnet.
  • Experience with data transformation and mapping / configuring interfacing types such as: ADT, ORU, SIU, XML.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Proven self-motivator.
  • Fluent in Dutch and has Business Level English.
  • Excellent communication and customer service and people skills: ability to document and explain solution elements, to both management and clinical staff.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with enterprise and/or cloud (healthcare) software.
  • Experience working with SQL, HL7 2.x, FHIR and/or using integration engines such as Mirth, Cloverleaf, Ensemble etc. is a big plus but not essential.
  • Able to build bridges between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Computer Science (or related field).
  • 3 – 5 years’ of professional work experience, including at least 2 years as a Solution Architect.
  • Familiar with working in Agile/ Scrum environments.
  • In depth knowledge and experience with IT integrations.
  • Experience with EMRs and EHRs is a big advantage.
  • Basic understanding of digital healthcare issues and developments: major EHR vendors, Interoperability, HL7, FHIR, Modbus/ BACnet.
  • Experience with data transformation and mapping / configuring interfacing types such as: ADT, ORU, SIU, XML.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Proven self-motivator.
  • Excellent communication and customer service and people skills: ability to document and explain solution elements, to both management and clinical staff.
  • Enthusiastic and hands-on attitude. Creative in finding solutions combining processes, systems and people. Focused on finding solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise and/or cloud healthcare software.
  • Experience working with SQL, HL7 2.x, FHIR and/or using integration engines such as Mirth, Cloverleaf, Ensemble etc. is a big plus but not essential.
  • Able to build bridges between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Summary

We aspire to grow fast as a scale-up and widen our boundaries; therefore we are currently looking for a pro-active Accountmanager / Customer Success to level-up our Sales Team. In this position you will be a trusted, empathic and skilled (preferably well acknowledged within health-tech field) professional with a positive “can-do” attitude. Main focus is consulting our customers through guiding and monitoring the usage of our products and obtaining the best results in customer satisfaction. By motivating our customers in using our solutions, you will identify outcomes and ROI and create new opportunities for upselling our products. To achieve the best outcomes, you will also work closely together with members of our Product team and our Sales Team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Establish a strong relationship as a committed Accountmanager /Customer Succes  advisor to our customers;
  • Ensure work scope and effort are balanced and matches the customer and company requirements;
  • Plan and execute your work with a focus on timely completion, risk mitigation and satisfied stakeholders;
  • Improve processes, ensure compliance, and drive improvements if needed;
  • Create, maintain and assume accountability for a culture of high-quality customer service;
  • Work closely together with the European and US Customer Success Team to share experiences and learn from each other;
  • Create, identify and document the added value of our products to proof outcomes and/or ROI;
  • Drive (up)sales and expansion opportunities of our products;
  • Understand relevant clinical information and IT issues within the healthcare space, to be able to advise on our products and IT integration decisions to ensure customer success;
  • Report directly to the Head of Sales

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical/ Medical (or related field);
  • Minimum of 5 years’ working in a licensed clinical role or critical care hospital work environment;
  • Understanding of Health Technology/ Hospital IT and digital OR and Healthcare IT & software developments: EMR, PDMS, Scheduling Tools, BI Tools etc. is a big plus;
  • Proactive, self starter and hands-on attitude;
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in both English and Dutch); ability to document and explain e-Health solutions;
  • Eye for detail and result-oriented;
  • Flexible (ability to handle multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment);
  • Strong customer focus/ service oriented and able to build strong relationships with customers;
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as a teamplayer;
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Proven self-motivator.
  • Lean – SixSigma certification as a Green or Black belt and PMP certification – Strong advantage.
